After entering your parameters into the search form, you’ll see a list of tutors that match your criteria. Click on any profile you’re interested in to view more details about that tutor.
When you find a tutor you like, click the "Contact Tutor" button to send a message and start a conversation.
If you'd like to schedule a lesson, please send a message including the date, time, location, subject, and proposed price. The tutor will then book the lesson on your behalf. You’ll receive a message asking you to confirm the booking by entering your payment details. Once you’ve completed your first lesson with the tutor, any future bookings with them will be auto-confirmed.
Access the Lesson Bookings page to view your lessons. As a student, you can delete lessons, but you cannot book them. If you want to book or change a lesson, you will need to contact the tutor directly.
After the lesson is completed, payment will be automatically taken from the card you used to confirm the booking 24 hours later. You can access the Completed Lessons page to view which lessons have been completed and check their payment status.
After completing a lesson with a tutor, please leave a review by going to your Inbox page and opening the conversation with your tutor. Then, click the "Leave a Review" button in the top-right corner of the page.
