How do I refund a student for a completed lesson?

Access the Contact Us page and message us with your refund request. Please include the lesson booking reference and the reason for the refund request.

How do I delete my account?

Access the Contact Us page and message us with your account deletion request. Please ensure you message us from the email address associated with the account you want to delete.

Can I change my bank details?

Access the Bank Details page to update your bank information. Payments that are currently processing will be paid into your old bank account. If a payment fails or your bank account is no longer active, future payments will be made into your new account.
